We understand that your order is meant for a very special person/occasion. We at Max's Group Inc. only aim to deliver your order to your friends and loved ones within the Philippines based on the specific date and time that you have chosen. To ensure proper and timely delivery, please read and follow our Conditions of Use below:
Online orders must be placed:
at least 1 hour in advance (for Deliver Now transactions and Pickup)
at least 2 hours in advance (for Deliver Later transactions)
at least 24 hours in advance (for Dine-in transactions)
All transactions will be settled in PHP (Philippine Peso currency), and the minimum required purchase is worth PHP .
Credit cards/ATM cards/other online payment facilities will be billed at the same time the order is placed.
As proof of a fulfilled order, an electronic copy of the order confirmation letter will be emailed to the purchaser indicating the time, date, name of the recipient and other details of the order.
Revisions and cancellations should be made:
at most 5 minutes after order is placed (for Deliver Now transactions)
at most 1 hour after order is placed (for Takeout and Deliver Later and Dine-in transactions)
The sender is required to contact Sizzlin' Steak Online team via email or telephone for cancellation or revision of online orders.
Max's Group Inc. Online reserves the right to reject order cancellations requested beyond required cancellation/revision lead times.
Revisions/changes in the order are subject to confirmation and additional cost when applicable. Said changes/revisions may cause delay in delivery.

The delivery area for provincial branches is within a 5 kilometers radius of the branch.
Some provincial areas are considered unserviceable. Sizzlin' Steak Online will update you if your recipient's address cannot be serviced by our delivery team.
Takeout, Deliver Now and Deliver Later transactions can be processed during store business hours (earliest time to process an online order is 9:00am while the latest would be 8:30pm in the evening)
